This book is about defensiveness, which is a relationship killer. A communication destroyer. A barrier to happy, healthy, loving relationships of all kinds, whether at home, at work or with friends. I’ve taken some time to write about defensiveness (as it is something I have struggled with myself), and to also learn about solutions to overcoming it. This has been a fun challenge for me, and I’ve gone about writing this short book in a fun way. As the title suggests, these are rules NOT to follow, but to break. I think it’s a fun format for anyone who is interested in this aspect of personal development.
