Love is perfect, but relationships aren’t. They’re made of two people with flaws, baggage and weaknesses. While they say that practice makes perfect, no amount of practice would make us into something other than human. But maybe there’s something else we can hope to get with practice… something like the experience that comes when you’ve been at a job for a while, and what once seemed impossible starts to become second nature.
